Dear David,
I sold my property here in London 2 years ago, and decided
to buy a home in Florida after seeing your advert.
After receiving the details from you I was impressed enough
to want to buy my own home.
You arranged flights and accommodation for me and I was off
to Florida within 2 weeks

Dear David,
Just a note to say thank you for your help in buying our home
in Orlando.
One of the nice things is that I was dealing with people who
knew the answers to my questions, as we were nervous about
buying in the U.S.
We were shown a good selection of houses all in our price
range, until we found the house we wanted.
They helped in opening a bank account, and applying for a
mortgage and guided us through step by step.
