"Dear Toucan, I must start by saying, over the years I have being contacted many times by various Internet marketing companies and have always declined from using them, mainly due to the fact that I cannot begin to understand how the magic of internet 'Googling' works, and had it not been for a trusted friend introducing me to Toucan Internet I would still probably feel the same way.

I can totally understand why anyone running their own business would be suspicious of what they are actually getting for the money they spend.

However I can say that my small ten room hotel has had a massive increase in Internet enquiries over the last nine weeks. It is difficult to say by how much, but, as an example, prior to having Toucan Internet provide us the optimisation advice we would get an absolute maximum of 20 enquiries a week.

I now find myself replying to on average five or six enquiries per day. This doubling of quality enquiries may be a coincidence, but I feel it is very likely due to the better search engine friendliness of our website. The one thing to remember is that when using a company such as Toucan Internet, they will drive more potential customers to your web site, but it is then for you to conclude the business.

The facts in my case are as follows:-
1. Internet enquiries have doubled and are certainly still increasing.
2. Future hotel reservation levels from these web visitors is looking very healthy.
3. To get the best conversion from enquiry to booking you MUST follow up all enquiries asap
4. Don’t forget ...... if you don’t do your bit by replying you are wasting your money.
5. It is very unlikely I will ever advertise in any form of printed publication again.
6. I would now recommend this type of marketing to any business, but select a provider with a proven track record.
7. We chose a small dedicated professional team so we could build a good working relationship rather than putting this work in the hands of a bigger business.

I am now using Toucan Internet LLP on a permanent basis and have in nine weeks gained a data base of almost 300 email addresses to which we are now sending regular updates of our seasonal offers
